In this book, Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi outlines a comprehensive renewal of the Judaism he so loves and admires. Using core concepts and the map provided by Kabbalah, he re-examines Jewish practice in light of contemporary insights about the nature of our world. In a conversational voice replete with personal anecdotes and beautiful Chassidic stories, Reb Zalman weaves a Jewish spirituality in harmony with tradition and open to the present.
